Effective June 2026. CUSH Promotions Ltd operates OwnAm Mortgage Quest and is the data controller for personal information you provide on this platform.
1. What we collect
Contact details, employer and income disclosures, NHF status, document uploads (ID, payslips, bank statements, employment letter, tax clearance, utility bill), housing literacy quiz answers, and platform activity.
2. Why we collect it
- To compute your Mortgage Readiness Score and category.
- To package your verified profile for mortgage partners — only with your explicit consent.
- To improve housing literacy content and platform features.
3. Partner sharing — opt-in only
Your data is shared with mortgage partners only after you toggle partner sharing consent. You can withdraw consent at any time from your dashboard.
4. Document storage
Uploaded documents are stored in private cloud storage and accessible only by you, our verifier team, and partners you have authorised.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data by emailing privacy@cushpromotions.ng. We respond within 30 days.
