By creating an account on OwnAm Mortgage Quest you agree to the following terms. Read carefully — they include important disclosures about scoring, payments, and mortgage outcomes.
1. The platform
OwnAm Mortgage Quest is an educational and readiness platform. We are not a bank, a primary mortgage institution, the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria, or a registered investment scheme. We do not take custody of funds and do not guarantee mortgage approval.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information. Misrepresentation of income, employment, or NHF status may result in suspension and removal of your Quest ID and Mortgage Access Passport.
3. Mortgage Readiness Score
Your score is computed from self-reported data plus documents verified by our team. It is an indicative readiness estimate, not a credit decision. Partners make their own decisions independently.
4. Payments
Registration, Premium, Passport, Premium Ownership, and Diaspora Premium fees are processed via Paystack. Fees are non-refundable once the relevant service has been issued.
5. Partner sharing
Your data is shared with partners only with your explicit consent and only for the purpose of evaluating you for a mortgage product.
6. Disclaimer
CUSH Promotions Ltd is not a financial institution. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial or legal advice. Consult a licensed professional before signing mortgage documents.
